I am selling my 1996 Defender 110 with a 300tdi and AluCab Icarus roof conversion. I bought this truck to travel full time out of, and have been doing so for the last 2 years. 

I have done a lot of work to the truck to make it reliable and regularly drive it around the country, it’s my daily driver and has been throughout the US and Canada. 

The drivetrain is in good condition, and there are currently no issues with the truck. 
240k mi, the engine is in great shape, doesn’t smoke or use oil, and starts fine even at -17°f.
There is some rust on the lower bulk head and the frame has been patched in the outriggers and the rear cross member has been replaced. I have had it looked at and it wasn’t deemed unsafe. 

The interior is built out so that it’s comfortable to live out of. Renogy solar system and batteries provide power to the fridge and accessories, then there is a simple water system/sink, and diesel heater to keep things warm when it’s cold. The coldest I have camped is -17°f near Leadville and it was comfortable.

The goal with this truck was to drive around the world in it, so I bought a new frame and rebuild kits for everything in order to semi restore it before taking it on that trip, so all that can be included in the purchase price. I am changing directions in life and it’s no longer the most practical vehicle for me.

1996 Land Rover Defender

Selling my beloved Land Rover Series 2a 88 sold new in Madrid. No rust/rot anywhere. Built by the Santa plant for southern Europe, this is a left hand drive (our side) Series 2a sold in 1973 as a last edition 2a model with the factory diesel motor and four speed transmission. Frame off restoration a little over ten years ago, this rover is a gem. New Destone tires on color matched wheels. Original Madrid plates still intact with current California registration. 

Car shows very well with no dents or bubbling. Has enough power to get around town or down the trail. With the original trans and drum breaks, this isn't something you jump into and drive to Tahoe. BUT, with an easy overdrive install it will cruise the highway and get you on your adventure.

1972 Land Rover Series 2A left hand drive

Looking to sell this car before I graduate in May, serious inquiries only. Originally bought it in silverlake, since then I've done a lot of work on it. I have paperwork for all of it, but major additions include: New KO2 Tires (as of November 2024), New belt, new ignition, some fuse repairs, electric work and new battery. It's currently my daily driver, but I'm moving coasts so I'm looking to pass it on. This is a vintage car so keep that in mind in messaging, looking for someone capable of allowing it to last into the future like it has.
